Fetching show listings & market pricing
Straight answers for vendors thinking about bringing their table to CardFlock. For plan-by-plan detail, see Vendor Plans & Features.
CardFlock is where collectors look before a card show to see who is bringing what. You list the cards you are bringing, tag them to your table, and collectors arrive already knowing you have the card they want — which is the whole reason to work a show.
Two ways to pay: a single show pass, or Vendor Pro by the month. Pro costs less than two show passes and adds the tools that matter across many shows — label printing, analytics, and multi-show inventory. Current prices are on the Vendor Plans & Features page, and there is a free Vendor Pro trial when you first set up your workspace. No card is required to start it.
A show credit publishes one show listing — your name on a show's vendor list, and the table your inventory is tagged to. Credits never expire while your account is open, and admins sometimes grant extras (compensation, promotions); those land in the same balance. Your current count is at the top of your workspace.
No. CardFlock brings collectors to your table with a plan; you sell and take payment the way you always have. The show-day POS on your phone is a tool for recording what sold, so your inventory and your analytics stay true — it does not move money.
Submit it. A new show goes to our admins for a quick check before collectors can see it — usually well inside a day — because a fake or mistyped event wastes everybody's Saturday. You'll see the status on your Shows screen the whole time, and a credit is only spent once the show is approved.
Anytime, from your billing page. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your inventory, sales history and analytics stay in your workspace afterwards — nothing is deleted. The full terms are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
