Fetching show listings & market pricing
The rules for using CardFlock — what we do, what we do not do, and what is expected of you.
Last updated September 11, 2026
This page states how CardFlock currently operates, written from the running system. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and should be before launch.
CardFlock is a directory of what vendors are bringing to card shows. It is not a marketplace: there is no checkout, no basket and no shipping, and CardFlock is not a party to any sale. Cards are bought and sold in person, at the table, between you and the vendor. Any dispute about a card, its condition, its price or its authenticity is between the two of you.
Show listings may be created by vendors and by CardFlock. Dates, venues, admission and table numbers can change, and organisers cancel events. Check with the organiser before you travel — CardFlock is not responsible for a show that moves or does not happen.
A show a vendor submits is reviewed by CardFlock before it is published, and an admission fee appears on a listing only once CardFlock has approved it. Once submitted, a show cannot be edited by the vendor — if a detail needs correcting, contact support and we will update it.
You keep ownership of what you upload — photos, descriptions, shop details. You give CardFlock permission to display it on the site as part of running the service. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use.
Accounts that break these terms can be suspended or removed. If yours is suspended, you can ask us to review it through support — that page works while suspended, which is the point of it.
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deletion permanently deactivates the account; it can only be reactivated by contacting the Admin. Your data is then removed in line with our data retention policy. A vendor's paid plan is cancelled when the account is deleted.
CardFlock is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, that a vendor will be at a show, that a card will still be there when you arrive, or that the site will be available without interruption. Estimated price ranges are estimates.
These terms will change as the product does. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will tell you when it last did.
