Community Guidelines

• The card you list is the card you bring: right printing, right condition, right language.
• Photographs and stock images must represent the actual item you are selling.
• Prices on CardFlock are the prices at your table. A price that changes on arrival is the fastest way to lose a customer and your listing.
• Mark cards sold when they sell. A wishlist match against a card that left the building wastes somebody's Saturday.

• No harassment of collectors, vendors, show organisers or staff — in listings, notes, messages or anywhere else.
• No counterfeit, reproduced or altered cards listed as authentic, ever.
• No scraping, bulk-harvesting or reselling of inventory data that belongs to the vendors who entered it.
• Keep commercial activity inside your vendor workspace. The collector side is not an advertising channel.

A show you submit has to be a real event you are actually working. Submissions are checked by an admin before collectors can see them, and a fabricated show is treated as the serious problem it is: it sends people to a place where nothing is happening.

Action is proportionate and recorded. A listing mistake is a correction; counterfeit or fraud is the end of the account. Suspensions state their reason, are visible on the account's timeline, and can be appealed by writing to support@cardflock.com.

Describe things as they are, behave as you would at a table in person, and remember there is a person on the other side of every listing. Everything above follows from those three.
